I used Mobizaar and I turned my songs on my computer in to ringtones. The rawest Psychopathic and Strange songs. One of the best sites.

If you have an iPhone then iringer is the shit!! Any song you have can be a ringtone. If not an iPhone then I'd suggest myxer.com
