In the beginning when Budden is saying "we rap better than everybody" is he talking about everybody else on the tour?
He says something like "I don't know these niggas, I've never performed in front of these niggas..."

I mean I know he thinks very highly of himself but does he ever turn the asshole button off?

Rappers think they are the best, not just Joe. Tech N9ne put himself in his own top 5. Even Lil Wayne claims he's the best lol.

I know every rapper claims to be the best. I'm a rapper too. Hip-hop is all about machismo and being the best, having funnier punch lines, more complex rhymes, etc. BUT that's entertainment. There's no such thing as the greatest rapper, dead or alive. Each legendary emcee is great at certain things.

It sounded like he was talking about the Strange camp. If so, it's one thing to say you're the best in a song, it's another thing to say you're better than the most successful independent rapper right now. The guy you're opening for.

You can think you're the best, but you must be modest otherwise half of the hip-hop audience will hate you, look at Wayne. You think Budden is gonna say "Fuck yeah I'm the best in this group." Well, probably...but that would be dick to say! And not true. But you think Tech will ever say "Fuck Kaliko, Kutt, Scoob, fuck 'em all. I'm the best on Strange. I run this shit"? Even if he actually thinks it, he'll never say it because being humble is a great characteristic for any rapper and any human being.

It's better to be humble, than to be humbled.

And the Slaughterhouse video has the best freestyles I've ever heard from Kutty.

I know Tech can't freestyle. I've only heard tiny bit from Kaliko and he's mediocre at best. And Kutt's the best, but that isn't saying much. Not a big deal, I can't freestyle for shit.

I believe it's hard to come from the heart when it's off the top of the dome.

naw tech said him and travis reappin the benifits of strange or something like that.. that kinda stood out to me like whoooa how would strange feel to hear that lol but i knew what he ment.. anyway dr dre said it back in like 94-95 its all entertainment..no one is really killin ppl..cause it would be dumb to do that thinkin u will never get caught.. sooo all of music is just an expression.. thats why i be laughin sometimes when ppl be sayin ppl fake... how when its just an expression :) like a movie.

but back on subject... when they came here they said "you're now fina see the best hip hop group period" soooo take it as yaw wanna take it.. lol i like strange music never heard slatterhouse till that night.. but at the same time im not fina take that statement he made to the heart lol or the one they made... its just music!! its like "employe of the month" at ur job.... they say thats the best worker for this month...while that person is braggin how special they are... dont take it to heart lol
