I've been goin to Tech shows for quite a while and I noticed as Tech library grew, he kept trying to add more songs total to the entire show but just a verse or two of some of them. He can hit on more classics this way, and he's got a ton so I can see why he started doing this.

The question is:

Would you rather tech do less full songs, or more single verses of songs like he does now?

I've thought about it and I think I like the less, full song format better even though with that there is less of a chance I will hear my favorites.

What do you guys that have been to multiple shows think?

might be too many ppl tryna get stuff since its half off u know..
I like the couple of verses than the whole song. I've seen Tech 25 times n his old tours are the shit, but can't complain on his new tours either though. Atleast he's on stage longer now.
yeah i wish he would do more full songs, his stage show got elaborate in the past years,i remember when all he needed to rock the crowd was a chair and the mic
that's a good point too. Longer sets is a good thing. Maybe I just miss This Ring....

Yea I agree I'd rather see less songs in full, This is really why Kutt, Kaliko, and Scoob need to be doing their own opening set because they each do like 2 full tracks as well. If those cats opened and Tech killed at least 2 maybe 3 tracks from all his albums and like 5 off of what's current would be the way to go in my opinion.
I don't fully understand what you're saying. Do you mean he's now cutting songs short? Or he just lets the instrumentals play to get more hype in the crowd? If it's the latter, doesn't he bring people on stage so that they can rap the songs out too?
I liked the way he did shows back around Absolute Powers release. He was more theatrical on stage doin dances and changin outfits in the middle of the set.
i always get worried that hes not gonna do any old classics so i dont mind hearing them cut short almost like a medly as long as they get played. most other concert you go to they mainly do their new stuff which is cool but its always good to hear old stuff aswell
If you think about it. tech can't do a lot of full songs. he uses a lot of features
true, when i said id rather have all full songs, i meant that id rather hear him play leave me alone and caribou lou and etc. all the way through, but yeah im fine with hearing his verse to my world or whatever. IMO he should play his solo songs or the ones with kali and kutt all the way through, and then mix in some songs that have features and play as much of the song as possible
