When I used to flip stones junkies would tape a rubber to the end of a pen and exhale into it and reuse the smoke.

1. Get a lightbulb, get a knife, cut off the very tip of the metal at the end.
2. remove the insides of the lighbulb with a knife. Wash the lightbulb out and let it dry.
3. get a soda bottle cap, poke two straw sized holes in it, and put two straws in, one straw shorter than the other, make sure there are no air holes.
4. fill the lightbulb with weed and then screw the cap on the end.
5. take your lighter and hold it up to the glass of the bulb where the weed is pooled, do this until you see the bulb fill with smoke, then inhale through the longer straw.

Thats about as close as you can get to a vaporizer without puttin down major duckets.
