IF WE TALKIN ABOUT FASTEST + MOST ACCURATE, THEN NO CLUE HAS MY VOTE. I'VE HEARD A LOT OF TECH'S OLDER SHIT WHEN HE RAPPED SUPER FAST BUT IT WASN'T QUITE AS FAST AS NO CLUE IS. HE CURRENTLY HOLDS THE WORLD RECORD FOR MOST SYLLABLES BUT IN MY OPINION DUDE CAN SPIT TOO.

I don't really like rappers who just rap fast all the time. To me nobody raps as fluent as Tech when he's rapping fast. Plus Tech can put together some crazy words. If Tech wanted to write simpler rhymes and rap as fast as he could he could probably be one of the fastest but that's not what Tech is about.

not necessarily, theres a lot of rappers that i think have skill, but dont sound good to me
