The fastest rapper as far as I know is No Clue. Last time I checked he held the Guinness record for such. This guy is sick though.

Twisted Insane is strictly speed, he sucks though, can barely understand a word he says. Also saw a video of him live it was TERRIBLE.

I never said he was good or I liked him, just said he's fast haha.

That's how I feel...I do love the 'lightning speed flows' especially done with true musical talent. But of course people can always say Busta, BTNH, Twista, etc. & remember Crucial Conflict @ 1 point...also remember Chilldrin Of Da Ghetto when they were signed to Mack 10's Hoo-Banging Records!?! [the 1 & only album I have of theirs is ridonkulous!!] So just like every1 will have their own opinion on who's the 'best rapper' every1 will also be able to find sum1 a bit faster or have 'more syllables per second' or what not...don't get me wrong, I have a huge admiration & appreciation for people that have the verbal ability that way, but in my humblest opinion if you rely on your 'speed' as your talent then that is
QUITE WEAK!! Let's see who else has 'speed' but is just an AMAZING ARTIST ALL AROUND.....ummmmm................
T-Nutty, (huge props 2 Nina for hooking up) Spice 1, Matisyahu, K'Naan, K-Os, STRANGE MUSIC, etc. & one of my favorites..the 1 & ONLYGLOC 9 [Philippine's fatest rapper...& when I met N9NE last year I gave him a mix CD with some Gloc 9 & other hip-hop artists that are not well represented to the masses just as he is...& seein as he already has worked with Ceza & L.O.C. I just keep on wishin that 1 day Nina & a Filipino 9 could join forces & create a 9 TRACK like none other...haha...every1 is allowed 2 dream!! 9's 4LIFE!!]
