I don't think anyone has this
I came to this conclusion over the fact that I only found this in one torrent over what I swear to be the entire internet, and to top it all off, the torrent has no active seeders besides the seeds coming off the person who originally posted it. (making it an extremely time-consuming process.)
The name of the track is supposedly "Untitled (Ft. Tech N9ne & Twiztid)" and the artist is B-Cide. I don't know much about this track but it's pretty dope... and I think Tech's verse is possibly the same as his one from "Final Destination (Also Ft. Twiztid)" by Mars, which is another one of those tracks that's not known to exist anywhere.
I had to break the song into two parts to get it to upload, just use an audio joiner to put the song back together. At least it's somewhere else now rather than that one torrent where nobody noticed it because the whole thing was a heaping mess of mislabeled songs. When I found the song, the album for it was tagged "SkoobA'z Shyt" but I don't think that's the name of the album so I'm going to leave it unlabeled for now.

Its been out for a while and its on a couple torrents. I searched a couple times for what album its on and what the real title of the track is but I could never find out.

I have this song in my iTunes under the name "Killers And Sick", but I have no idea how I got it or if that is even the real name of the song

"Killers And Sick" could be passed off as the real name of the song since that's exactly what he says in the chorus. I looked further into this song and it's supposedly unreleased. I've heard from a few people that the Album is possibly "Skooba Shyt" but there are no websites with tracklists proving it's existence.
You may want to look into this song as well, I have no idea of it's origins but Tech and Krizz's verses are from I'm a Playa. As for the 3rd verse, well, I have no idea who the artist is and I'm hoping somebody can shed some light on that.
