You better watch out. You agreed with me on the Em/Hopsin comparison so prepare to be attacked by some cats on here for having a different opinion than them.

I have never hated on a Hopsin thread so that is mistake #1. Mistake #2 is that I never said I was too "mature" to listen to Em so miss me with that bullshit. I may have said I don't like how Em goes from off the wall, immature nonsense songs to some deep, complex songs. I think he is all over the place with his music and that doesn't appeal to me. I have always recognized how talented Em is but simply said I don't care for his music. If you call that hating then you're an idiot. This is a forum where people present topics and others reply. That is all I have done. If you want to see the true defintion of hating go check out your boy Siikez posts regarding Lil Wayne. That is hating. I give Em is credit but I just simply don't like his music so kindly raise up off my dick, thanks.

so what does that have to do with hopsin? the only woman he dissed in the music industry is eazy's wife.. and like i said before, he has a good reason for it..

Yeah bro, Hop never got much mainstream love but was embraced by the underground, his feature on "psycho" may open some doors and he may start selling a bit more, hopefully this is enough to make him relise he needs to sign with strange, as strange is one of the top exposed underground labels out there, FUCKIN SIGN HOPSIN NOW TRAVIS, always said he would automatically be my number 2 dude on strange if he did! :)

I really really like Hop, love RAW and thought he KILLED "Am I a Psycho?", having said that, i AGREE with just about everything Kentucky Boi has said in THIS thread (i dont know about any others). When i play Hopsin for people who have never heard him, 3 outta 5 times the response is something like, "Is that Eminem's brother?" or "that sounds just like Em". A lot of those people were surprised to find out that Hop is black.

 

also... he does diss LOTS of rappers in the game, just like Eminem. He obviously has some anger built up, just like Em. And doesnt exactly have all the respect in the world for women, much like em. I wouldnt go as far as saying Hop is a biter or stole Em's style, but I would HAVE to say he must have been a heavy influence on him.

 

And THAT is my opinion. Holla.

Ya hopsin has said a bunch of times that his two biggest influences are eminem and michael jackson.
