Tech will always be my favorite rapper/MC. FOREVER. But Im sorta worried about all 6's and 7's.

Its good to see Tech workin with all these artists but idk what to think about it.

Ollie Gates was disappointing to me, Bad Season was alright, but at least for me it seems like everything went downhill after KOD.

So what do you guys think, hows all 6's and 7's gonna be.

Hopefully when Tech says its gonna be his biggest album he also means his best....

wat about seepage yall.... almost all his music is nothin but pure skill... hes put so much heart in his music and now that he gonna be up wit the top dawgs its juss gonna get even better... may not be as wicked but he still gonna flow hard like always. lookin forward to comin to the show on the 26th of may...
I think he has been working on sixes and sevens since the release of gates mixed plate so think he had plenty of time. I don't think he is rushing it really, this how tech goes every year basically. Well either way Tech will get exposure after this album its all good and I think its going to be another great tech album just with some awesome collaborations.

and killer had plenty of solo songs, and killer is a great album. people are over reacting. the only thing im worried about is

1. tech seemed to kinda rush this album IMO

2. its getting sooooo much fucking hype, if its only GOOD, itll be a let down a many people's eyes.

Jason "Goliath" Cook said:

killer also had alot of features as well that wasn't a collabo album. So it would be similar to Killer in that regard and trying to make an album what he calls a clusterfuck of everything on that album.

this album is starting to look like a collabo....

matt meyer said:
gates was a collabo, and bad season was a mixtape. neither were suposed to be great. dont doubt tech. all 6s and 7s will be terific.
idk. a bunch of stuff points to it being a double disc. but tech in an interview seemed pretty sure of himself wen he said he didnt want it to be a double disc. but hey, none of us are tech. we are just gunna have to see.

twizzy1 said:

yea. their will be.

and i still think it will be double disc.

if not. this shit need to be 20-22 songs and no skits.

skits are pointless

matt meyer said:

you tricky bastard lol ya got me there. my opinion stands tho i think there will be plenty of solo songs.

twizzy1 said:

are you sure about that?

they were alright. still bellow all of his solo albums IMO. there really wont be a stagering amount of songs with features wen you relize that 6 of the confirmed guests are on the same song. then snoop and E-40 are on the same track. wayne and t-pain are on the same track. that nocks out 10 confirmed guests with 3 songs. and im sure there will be other songs with more then one feature. tech wont be an ass hole and put someone on every song

Yeah but MLK and Sickology 101 were Collabos and they were both great....
i think he's putting the most work he ever has into this one. he even told his producers that he wanted something that hasn't been done before, so i except him to go all in with 6's and 7's.

I wanna see Tech or Krizz on all the hooks... maybe one or 2 with a feature

You're right twizzy skits are lame, and matt I agree that all his solos are better than the collabs although sickology 101 is sick as hell mainly because of Tech and Krizz (dysfunctional).  I think there will be maybe 1 or 2 skits every album has them but either way I do think there will be plenty of solo songs and I think we should all stop comparing to the older stuff because I bet it will be nothing like any of it.  You definetely can't compare to any of his previous collabos albums because those were specifically TECH N9NE COLLABOS albums.  This is a solo album with many different collabs that he's never had before that are gonna make him HUGE.  Also,  everyone always talks about how lyrically talented tech is and how fast he can rap and all that and of course I agree, I think he is the best, but I think every single song is so catchy, like the beat and his flow I don't know maybe I'm crazy but he's amazing.  Bad Season was sick it just sucked having gunshots go off at random ass times and DJ WHOOOOOOOO KID the whole time.  NUFF SAID it's gonna be awesome can't wait.
where is this interview that tech said he didnt want it to be a double disc????

last i heard tech said they "might make it a double disc, maybe release all 6's and then like a month later release all 7's. i just dunno how me and trav are gunna do this release"
couldnt find the interview, but he definitely said that he didnt want to make it a double disc. but considering how many songs it sounds like hes making for it, i wouldnt be surprised if there are two discs.

This. People need to stop thinking it's one collab per song. fuck. WWC is gonna have like 4-5. and you get the point.

It could possibly be something like E-40's last four albums. Put out two separate discs on the same day, one will be 6's and the other will be 7's, or maybe just a clusterfuck on both albums. You know most fans are going to go buy both albums, and then people like Rain Dollaz will end up getting like 8 CD's, so his sales will be even higher. I feel if that was going to be the case though, we would hear about it. But I guess you could say the same for a double-disc.
