probably another collab or maybe someone on Strange is trynna get something done with Hop. Hop isn't trying to sign and Tech knows it so that's not it. could always be something on a more personal note tho lol

Stranger things have happened (no pun intended lol) so it's not impossible... Circumstances/people change over time and Hop could have possibly received an opportunity he couldn't decline. Until I see some solid proof of this from either parties though I'm going to have to assume that it's something more along the lines of another collaboration in the works. You never know though, keep your fingers crossed!
