I really dont like Mayday. There kinda weak. had a hard time getting into the new tech n9ne cd, (that says something) I dont like pretty much any of there old shit, and I just previewed all the snippets of Take me to your leader CD. I wasnt really impressed. Overall I cannot think of one good song by them, Maybe..pfffff Idkl Retrogression. I always skipped over the noose, When I hear tech, kali, hopsin, eminem, brotha lynch, stevie stone, n kutt calhoun it gets me jumpin up and down and has me rollin around on the floor in laughter, and puts me in a this is dope shit cloud. Cuz there always on a roll. But Mayday is so ehh, theyd sound better producing all of lil waynes stuff. All there shit sounds the same. I especially couldnt stand that remix of fuck food. and the fact they wanna remake Sickology really fuckin pisses me off. One tech CD I wont be buyin. Am i alone here?

i have a feeling you are just judging them off of the fact that they worked with wayne....but if its not the case my bad yo but i disagree on how you feel about them i think they are a great new sound and i am glad strange got a hold of them. i think they all are very talented. And as for Blur i think the Hooks is the best part of the song... Wrekonize is a great all around artist and not to mention he can switch up his style to fit any type of song. i respect your opinion tho, but imo once again i say they are a great fit for strange.

You see, Mayday does this little thing that nobody else on Strange can do or has even bothered learned to do: they actually make their own instrumentals and play their own instruments. That alone, in my opinion makes them more talented than anyone else on the roster. They are actually musicians, they may not be the best musicians, but at least they are. Everyone else on the label aren't musicians, they're just rappers. Hell, some of them can't even write their own choruses. In conclusion, that is very Jazzy of Mayday.

well im half and half.....they definitely have talent but i listened to the snippets and about fell asleep.i need shit to keep me pumped... at least if i need to go to sleep ill buy it to support them for that reason
