Ok so this is done all the time on SL so i thought i'd bring it to this site to liven things up a bit. Basically its just a game with a list of something (albums, songs, artists, etc) and everyone votes for their least favorite from the list. Which ever one gets the most votes is out and then everyone votes again and so on until there are no more choices left. Each round will be 1-2 days depending on how many votes are received. So for our first survivor game we will see what you all think Tech's best album is. I left the EPs and Vintage Tech (since its a compliation) out but included Bad Season and Celcius. Also i will edit the thread title accordingly for when its time to vote for the next round so everyone knows.
Everready (The Religion) is your winner!!!!!
Thank you to everyone who participated and made this game fun. Please feel free to post any ideas you might have for future survivor games.
Ranks:
14. Celcius
13. The Worst
12. The Calm Before The Storm
11. The Gates Mixed Plate (Collabos)
10. Bad Season
9. Misery Loves Kompany (Collabos)
8. Sickology 101 (Collabos)
7. Killer
6. Anghellic
5. Welcome To Strangeland (Collabos)
4. K.O.D.
3. All 6's and 7's
2. Absolute Power

Permalink Reply by Mac Thunder on December 21, 2011 at 12:26am I actually love Anghellic: The Reparation as well as a couple of the O.G. cut tracks. However the point of this ranking system is to reveal which albums are better received overall and in my opinion Anghellic would be the next to leave the list in comparison to all of the remaining choices. I agree with you though, it's definitely getting much tougher to narrow these albums down now.

Just out of curiosity why do so many of you guys not like Anghellic?

Anghellic (Even for 10 years or so old this still has pretty bad production for it's time, Don Juan is over-rated as a producer!!)

I just think that Anghellic is one of Tech's best albums. It has classic tracks like This Ring, Suicide Letters, Cursed, Einstein, It's Alive, Breathe, F.T.I., & Twisted among others. Also just the concept of the album is sick, how it is broken up into Hell, Purgatory, and Heaven.

The ones listing Anghellic, sayin the beats sound old, if yall actually listened to this cd when it came out, it was pretty much ahead of its time in production, lyrics, and concept.
Sorry if you guys were just late to the party, or too young when this cd dropped, but when it hit, damn, it was fucking epic.
Permalink Reply by Bloodstepp - Bass & Bubblegum on December 21, 2011 at 1:04am NO WAY it was ahead in production dude, it was far behind,

Permalink Reply by Bloodstepp - Bass & Bubblegum on December 21, 2011 at 1:07am Listen to Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon" released in 1973, it was nearly 30 years before Anghellic, then tell me Anghellic was ahead of it's time in production. A 30 year old album had better production then Anghellic.
