If people said "Quit being a nigger" and then said "Ohh nahh dude, I meant nigger as in douchebag and not ignorant black person" I don't think that excuse would go over so well (not to bash Delusional or anything, or to say that people still don't use the word nigger for reasons other than to put black people down). Now, I've thickened my skin to the word faggot, no matter it's use, although I do encourage people to broaden their vocabulary to find a better adjective than gay, or retarded, etc. Not that I'm not guilty of letting it slip sometimes.

STANDING OVATION! If everyone were more open minded, we definitly would be more accepting of eachother. And that is definitly one of the reasons why I love tech's work so much! It makes me sad to know that our culture teaches us to fear and run away from something we don't understand rather than have some courage and give into your curiosity in reguards to something you're not used to and don't see very often. And Stephen, I completely agree with what PeepingTomETTE2 said about being true to yourself, it's awesome that you are being true to youself and going to this concert and disregaurding the opinions of others. Even though you posted this question, you stated within it that you already planned on going. And there are quite a bit of hurtful trolling douche bags who shallowly dish out hatred to others, so it takes alot of courage to post a question like that and I commend you for it! Also in respects to what other people say on this thread, I'm all for being yourself and making your own decisions, but all the "shouting out to the world rainbow GAY POWER AND PRIDE people" ... yeah that gets on my nerves...unless you have something to prove like a protest or something.....don't act like you have something to prove.

I am a realist...the more we all accept ourselves the less psychiatric disorderss, suicides, hate killings etc there will be. But nobody wants to confront there inner demons head on...(obviously thats a big reason out of many why I am into Tech's work)...that type of humility and gall is so understated and unrecognized. You do YOU Stephen, cause I am so serious when I say u do not want to miss out and ure sittin at the house hearin bout everybody elses fun or yrs. later regretting things for people who uultimately have no bearing on your life. I can't speak for anyone but myself but I have no problem with the gay community and of course Tech's music is capable of catching anybody and everybody (although it is too gangsta for an old lady bro). Hope the other techn9cians will show love.

 

P.S. Denver is a sick ass show and for VIP, either show up early like an hour or go late towards the end of the "hour" meet and greet. When I went VIP in Denver I got in line right when it was supposed to start and ended up being in line for like 2.5 hours.
