Mac Dre was close friends with Yukmouth(as is Tech) and I think Mac Dre was in Regime with tech. Mac Dre was killed in Kansas City supposidly by Fat Tone or his guys. Fat tone bein from Kansas city and Tech mentions Tone as being his homie. My question is was tech and Mac Dre close? If so that sucks for Tech loosing 2 friends and then Mac Minister goin to jail for life for killing fat tone....like Tech shows respect to both Fat Tone and Mac Dre...just a really shitty situation all around...

well I knew that I mean like did they ever do any songs together? I know it's an old subject but it just seems like such a waste i mean I love Mac Dre, I've never really listened to fat just cause I can't find any of his shit(i don't like getting shit off of ebay and shit like that)
I do believe they were on a remix track together (Tech and Fat Tone), but I'm not sure if they personally knew each other.
I knew he was cutthroat but tech is duece click and regime so I figured Mac Dre could rep both two

The regime was made up after mac dre died so he couldn't have been in it but i'm sure if he were alive he would have been in it. And there is a video up of tech talking about mac dre i think it's on you tube..
tech and tone were boys.. they grew up in the 50's together and when tone was like 14 they freestyled together.. when tone was 18 they got on a track called cia.. and then for tones first cd they did a track called kansas city niggas keep it real which has my favortie tech verse on it.. dre was killed buy some random ass niggas who he solled bunk ass thiz too.. tone had come out with a song called drummed down that had some simalarities in the song as dre's death.. dre and tone were boys as were tech and tone.. all just bullshit
