Nope. Twista then known as Tung Twista's first album was out in 1992, Bone's first album was in 1993. twista was the pioneer although I do love Bone. This was the source of all their beef.

Krayzie bone is fast, but clarity is pretty bad.

Twista is fast but hes sloppy.

 

Buuut if i had to point out someone whos possible faster than tech that has just as good clarity id have to say Tonedeff

Krayzie can go faster but he focuses more on harmony, Twista can go fast as hell but his fast flow doesn't have a lot of variation..

 

and my nigga NoClue from the 206 had the record before Rebel XD's fast-mumblin ass jacked it. He (NoClue) is hella tight, if anyone should get a collab with Tech it's him..
