In comparison most all other "fast rappers" are sloppy.  That's just how it is.  Why?  Sample Tech's double time rhymes: midwest choppers, midwest choppers 2, welcome 2 the midwest <-- 

 

As for raw speed, No Clue is fastest proven.  Something like 14 syllables a second for a 50s or a minute?

 

A lot of fast rappers have skill, some have speed, some have a good style, swag

 

Proving your the fastest is so irrelevant tho, unless that's what you do.  I dunno... To me it's about the music more, lots and lots and lots of priorities take precedence first imo.    If you just like doing fast rap, then you'd have a lot of work to do... doing clean fast rap, that sounds good, and rhythmic and whatever is REALLY hard.

A lot of rappers spit fast.....but no one can do it like Tech...although he doesnt do it very often anymore for some reason....

 

But my favorites besides Tech are easily Lord Infamous (especially his older shit w/ Three 6 Mafia) & Twista....

 

But theres many more

There's a lot who rap faster than Tech, but I don't think anyone keeps up with Tech's clarity

id have to say the best fasted rapper is twista.. well his old shit.. adrenaline rush is fuckin amazing.. tech second.. bone thugs 3rd just cause their flow is the best but lyrically their not as good.. twisted insane is by far the fastest but he's to fast.. cant understand a word.. he's still raw as fuck tho..

id have to agree with this.. because even at his fastest he still pronounces every word perfectly and i understand and can hear what he's sayin.. and if you listen to dalima's verse on my world its really not that fast he just over enunciates every syllable..
