i wouldn't call that dissin on freestyle. I'd say right there he was explaining why he doesn't freestyle because "every week you're giving away fire, your rapper's license expired, leaving nothing to be desired" because your shit isn't permanent like busting on an album. And tech's all about the mula, which he wouldn't be makin anywhere near as much droppin bombs for a select few who are lucky enough to be hearin him.
