em is god? hahah thats funny.. honestly answer me one ? if eminem were a black artist do you think anyone would respect his corny rhymes? would anyone even listen to half dat? i am mixed and hate bringin race into any conversation but thats the truth.. he gets publicity and credit because he is a white artist in what is predominatly a black art form... i give respect where respect is due..and eminem gets none from me
not sayin what u said aint true but the fact is he is white so it doesnt matter and on his non corny songs his rhymes are ill
one thing i find with people hatin on em or sharin thoughts on him is that, yeah sure he had major props from dre and affiliates of him and that could be seen as an easy ride, but to grab the attention of dr dre, whilst being a white artist back at the end of the golden era of hip hop, is an impressive feat in itself.
he has worked hard at what he does, just like tech has worked fuckn hard but in an independant fashion.
so like chris rock say, dont hate tha player, hate tha game!

im a huge eminem fan and im white but dwaymm yo right bout that mayne, ery person who buys an eminem album suddenly thinks they kno what hip hop is about they forget the roots of it, what ever happened to saying "yo kno what, ima listen to tribe or naughty by nature, or even afrika bambata" people jus tend to go with the mainstream and accept it, its the same with all music genres. whatever era a person is born in, the artist rakin in tha doe, is tha artist that they see as THA DON of that genre!
real talk.

yah.. i am goin to argue with that.. i am a music lover the guy who sits at best buy every tuesday to get the new releases. i have every eminem album.. i watched eminem before he was who he is now.. blaze battles everything (circa 97'98') yah he can battle he can freestyle in another discussion i mentioned this.. but as far as his albums they all sound the same he hasnt matured or evolved as an artist. hasnt grown up. im not saying that eminem cant rap. but to mention him in the same categories as tech and 2pac..? give me a break. like you said em says that stuff bout himself. most white people that dont even listen to rap have a eminem album and will tell you he is the greatest rapper ever when they dont know shit bout hip hop...

I'm guessing you probably don't listen to Em that much cause hes basically said everything in his music that you have said in your comment. Have you watched any of Em's mc battles? Dude murders people!! And the majority of people he battled happen to be black. I would say he deserves some respect. Tech N9ne even said himself that Em is one of the best. Now how you gonna argue with that?

I'm starting to think this is therealeminem.com, There is no place for that bitch here. or in the underground.
I'm not gonna preach my dislike of em but have to admit more than half this site is on his dick. Sadens me to see so many so called technicians more excited bout em than techs Sickology 101.
em only made it big cause of push from the name of dre and timing. He has manipulated so many impressionable minds to thinking he is the shit.

what ! em didn't work hard. He was an overnight pop success. Tech has spent 20 years of hard grind to get whre he is. How can you compare?

Eminem is in my top 5 artists of all time, so obviously I think his music is the shit. It's just on another level, few can get on a track with Em and tear it up. I would love to see a Em/Tech Collab.

i dont know if someone already replied to this, but there is a collab. the song is called the anthem, and i have it on my page if you want to check it out. a ton of people are on that track, tech n9ne, Eminem, Rza, Kool G. Rap, Xzibit, Chino XL, Pharaoh Monch, KRS-One & Jayo Felony.

its pretty dope. and i THINK its old because at the end of the song they say its fresh for 1999. but hey i could be completely wrong about the history of this song.
Em is a beast on the mic

This is a song put together for the Wake Up Show by DJs Sway and King Tech, I don't consider it an actuall collab because eminem and tech had nothing to do with deciding who was on the track, they were invited, as well as all the other rappers on it. The music vid is very dope tho if u aint never heard the song or seen it...

To everyone calling Eminem corny, laughable, etc.... Listen to KIM then say he's laughable. He wrote REAL DARK shit back in the day. If he can put out a funny song, that's just ANOTHER element to how great he is.
He's still one of the best to EVER rap.

1. Tupac Shakur
2. Tech N9ne
3. Eminem
KRS should really be above tech and perhaps pac...
