Em is well respected in the industry and was one of the first people that white people could relate with through rap. For that reason he is one of my favorite rappers. And one the best of my generation
(SMILE) fantastic description...nuff said!!!

EMINEM IS COLD, TECH N9NE IS FROZEN
All I gotta say on this subject is basically one question. Where the fuck would Eminem be without Dr. Dre? Answer that and you get what most REAL rap/hip-hop fans feel about it.
dnt noone fuck with em
I used to hate Eminem. I found him annoying, cheesy, and was sick of seeing his face on TV 24/7.

But a couple of years ago i started listening to Slim Shady LP/Marshall Mathers LP and found them to be pretty damn good. Back when they were first out i was too young to see the lyrical talent, and didn't give the man a chance. I now respect what he's done in the business, and how he went to over the top methods to do it. However, Dre pretty much made him. If Dre is behind someone, people listen.

Encore, let's just forget that shall we? ;)
FUCK Feminem and I'm not just saying that cause I'm a Juggalo I just don't like he's music that's it, so don't go say I don't likehim cause i'm a Juggalo like I said I just don't lke he;s music. So fuck Feminem

""...And when it, kicks in you can hardly talk
And by the, sixth gin you're gonna probably crawl
And you'll be, sick then and you'll probably barf
And my pre-diction is you're gonna probably fall

And everything's spinning

Then in a couple of minutes that bottle of Guinness is finished

You have the right to remain violent and start wilin'

C'mon now - I can go on n on
people kill me with that race shit saying that the only reason eminem has done so well is because he is white. and i have to give some credit to that comment but the only reason i do give it any credit is because he is the first REAL hip hop artist that had the balls to step outside the box and speak to white people in the way he did. I am a whiteboy that loves hip hop but i get kind of sick of hearing artists say "white folks" that shit gets old. dont think i am trying to take anything away from tech by saying that. i just want everyone that keeps hatin on em because they are on tech's nuts ease up cause i guarantee you couldnt do any better than he has or will do. and they call that shit HATIN if you didnt know. and dont nobody got to hate to be a tech fan you should check out some shit they have done together and tell me how hard that shit is
agreed

im a huge eminem fan and im white but dwaymm yo right bout that mayne, ery person who buys an eminem album suddenly thinks they kno what hip hop is about they forget the roots of it, what ever happened to saying "yo kno what, ima listen to tribe or naughty by nature, or even afrika bambata" people jus tend to go with the mainstream and accept it, its the same with all music genres. whatever era a person is born in, the artist rakin in tha doe, is tha artist that they see as THA DON of that genre!
real talk.

yah.. i am goin to argue with that.. i am a music lover the guy who sits at best buy every tuesday to get the new releases. i have every eminem album.. i watched eminem before he was who he is now.. blaze battles everything (circa 97'98') yah he can battle he can freestyle in another discussion i mentioned this.. but as far as his albums they all sound the same he hasnt matured or evolved as an artist. hasnt grown up. im not saying that eminem cant rap. but to mention him in the same categories as tech and 2pac..? give me a break. like you said em says that stuff bout himself. most white people that dont even listen to rap have a eminem album and will tell you he is the greatest rapper ever when they dont know shit bout hip hop...

I'm guessing you probably don't listen to Em that much cause hes basically said everything in his music that you have said in your comment. Have you watched any of Em's mc battles? Dude murders people!! And the majority of people he battled happen to be black. I would say he deserves some respect. Tech N9ne even said himself that Em is one of the best. Now how you gonna argue with that?
J Stout said:
em is god? hahah thats funny.. honestly answer me one ? if eminem were a black artist do you think anyone would respect his corny rhymes? would anyone even listen to half dat? i am mixed and hate bringin race into any conversation but thats the truth.. he gets publicity and credit because he is a white artist in what is predominatly a black art form... i give respect where respect is due..and eminem gets none from me
