True, Tech is just about better than a lot of the people on the list, but youll never seem him on any of these. Tech is a speck on the MTV radar, these guys are conglomerate giants i.e. Jay -Z. Arguing that Tech should be on such a list is completely futile, just be happy that you know how talented he is.

These MTV guys really need to re-write the way they do this list or just be fucking fired. The list is always way off and absolutely rediculous. Take the actual catelogues. Check the actual artists technique. Everything is a contest over the greediest and most popular amongst corporate retards telling the people what the best is lol fucking hate it when they do this every year. It's just insulting.
