This whole thread is dumb as fuck and this Josh McKay guy is a fucking joke. You really came onto this site and started a thread so you can bash on people you dont know and get into arguments over the internet. And what exactly are you trying to prove. i dont know everything for one but i am pretty smart and i said if u believe theres no other solution to depression other than drugs then u are pathetic. i dont think u are pathetic i just think u havent been around the right ppl.

Yea I don't do drugs, don't smoke, don't drink. So their are technitions out there just like you. And with the whole depression thing, taking your own life is not the answer and neither is drugs. I have gone through and still am going through depression and counseling and prescription medication have gotten me back in the world again. I went from the low point of not being able to leave my house without having panic attacks and dropping out of school to doing regular daily activities that used to seem impossible. So those who say drugs help you get through depression are taking an easy road. Meds and counseling really work, I also owe a lot of credit to my girlfriend who helped me out a ton.

Josh, how can you be so disrespectful towards me and say something like that to him? I'm doing the same things he's doing to get to where I need to be. I've been prescribed medication for my disorders and I'm seeing a psychiatrist and psychologist part of the time.

I don't believe in doing illegal drugs. I have friends that do, but that is their choice and their life and I respect what their opinion may be.

yea im to the point where nothing can phase me anymore.just like the ppl on this thread and all of them taking it the wrong way. if u have read my replies mine have been calm and quite funny.anyone can be strong though just know whats right and dont fall for their bogus "its cool" bullcrap.. here in alabama its quite hard cuz ppl are always smoking around here
