then when i called and tried to see where it was they told me there was no way for them to track it once its left there hands fucken bullshit so i lost out on that money for the pre order so i downloaded the bitch cause i had to have that cd

While I cannot relate to the preorder problem, I have had issues with Strange regarding shipments. I ordered some posters a while ago & I followed the tracking and it said my package was forwarded but I never got it so I contacted Strange and they told me it wasn't their problem once it shipped (which I found out at my post office, it's always the shipper's responsibility until its in the buyers possession). Eventually it came though. So I do feel you with them not helping.
And on a side note, I ordered from SubNoize once to buy a potluck cd & I will just say that I will never order from them again.
