Def lived up to the hype. People that are comparing it to older albums shouldn't. Tech has evolved which means his music will evolve. Everready, KOD, and Anghellic are all great albums, and I love all of them, but with mainstream coming to Tech, this was a great "breakout" album. He will get a ton of new fans from this CD and he will ultimately become the greatest rapper and sell more records. New fans will go out and buy his old stuff because they will love this album.
I think it lived up to the hype, but I'd rate 6's and 7's probably third best behind Anghellic and Everready.
yes

I love it. I would of cut Porno, and Pookie and replaced them with 2 of the bonus tracks. Also would of put Krizz on the hook for Boogieman. Other than that, shit was perfect.

I can't even rank Tech albums anymore, they're all great in different ways. All original, all timeless.

is any1 else outraged that if you pre-ordered u didn't get the bonus tracks i mean cmon the real fans are the ones who want those ive already givin you so much money man i think i should've got those

of course it did. no question his best album so far. his lyrical depth (Technicians) and his unbeatable flow (Worldwide Choppers) are matched by no one

yeah it was/is incredible
He likes the dark music, i like the dark shit once in awhile, but not all the time, summers here smile, chase the pussy
lifes beautiful & Tech made it better with this album!!!

Do you see that little gap between those two sentances? Two separate subjects: "Do you think All 6s and 7s lives up to ALL anticipation?" and "do you think it's his best album?" Pay attention to context here. I simply prefer those albums, and like I said, not by much.

If you stack two albums over All 6's and 7's because of one song, then you my friend are a fucking retard.

It was "You Owe Like Pookie" away from perfection.

I think I'd put Anghellic and KOD ahead of it, but by next to nothing; Am I a Psycho? is one of my favorite Strange tracks already, more Hopsin please.

It absolutely hit the hype.
its gonna take a while for me to decide because lyrically he went to another level so i gotta listen a bunch of times to pick up all the lyrics, yes it lived up to the hype plus some.

It won't in the long run. This is a better album, in places. and overall holds more good music. But too many ups and downs, whereas everready is solid all the way through.  The skits on this and the pledge, twice, breaks it up too much. throw in pookie and pornographic on top of that, and it doesn't flow as well.  like the everready skits were hella legit. especially the acapella

i definitely think it lived up to the hype, but it will take me a few months to decide how it stacks up to Everready
I love pookie and pornographic as well. idk why everyone says differently. I like all of the songs, but if one had to be removed, i would say I Love Music.

It would've been great to have all of the bonus tracks on the album.

Yes.

Anghellic & Absolute Power are still easily my 2 favorites tho. This is right up there w/ K.O.D., w/ Everready & Killer slightly behind it.
