nope, and I could care less if he said that or not, he's said over 'n over that his favorite places are KC (duh), Denver and Spokane(is that what he said in a recent interview? I remember him naming his favorite places 'n he rattled off KC, Denver, Denmark 'n I think Spokane) and a few others. I highly doubt sweaty ass Tampa, FL is even in his top 50
