Psychofagic records would have to have something good to actually sell out, but then again, People listen to Eminems new CD and like the whole thing...so I guess its true. A sucker really IS born every second.

People say it out of the fdact that theyre not really "Special" anymore. When an artist youve listened to for YEARS finally gains the notoriety they deserve, some people feel like theyre no longer one of the few that knew of them. It happens with every band/group/artist. Just look at a lot of the Blue October fans.

Good point, but ICP is making no effort at all to go mainstream. As far as I know, everyone on Psychopathic is humble, and with their wickedly huge fanbase and merch, they really have no need to go mainstream. Tech, on the other hand, is getting videos on MTV, shows on BET, collabing with bigger artists...I think someone on here said Kaliko told them they were trying for a more mainstream feel to draw in more fans, and after Sickology, it's kinda easy to believe...

But even when he's trying to sound mainstream, Tech rips shit, so I really don't care.

hell naw tech didnt sell out, he makes music that he likes. thats why he started strange, they wanted him to do shit he didnt want to do. if anything hes just trying to attract more black fans because a good majority of his fans are white. like myself. but i feel like his aim with sickolgy was to attract more black fans to his music again cause since absolute power a lot of his black fans sort of got scared away by his style.

My opinion too. I think the autotune sounds sick. He's a talented artist and to do the different types of styles with his music is wat makes him so great. I dont think he is sellin out @all he's just gaining more fans cuz he's fucken bad ass!!

im not sayin he sold out but u can kinda of see the transformation of tech over the years for instance if u listen to his Kansas City shit like '' Celcius'', ''The Calm Before The Storm'' and compare them to '' Killer ''' , and Sickology u can totally see theres been sum change but i dont think hes sold out hes just PROGRESSING but i do think he should use more kinda rappish beats like the ones that were on absolute power and shit u no
