u talkin radio mainstream? or radio and underground rappers that are still really known of by many but arnt signed by major labels and not all up in the media's anus.....i gotta make things difficult but people have diffrent opinions on the def for mainstream
Lupe Fiasco, Kid Cudi, etc. I think they're more than decent. Decent to me would be someone like Drake.
T.I, after listening to all of his new CD No Mercy, shit is brilliant!

i dont watch any music tv channels or radio stations so i dont know much others that come to mind right now

Notice the Mainstream rappers that are all named are cats that have been at it for some time.Em-97' luda late 90's early 2000's fab lat 00's Busta like 93' TI late 00's. guys we are becoming the old heads LOL! (not to sure about all the dates so dont be a dick or you can eat a dick nigga)
