Beat Goblins always delivers the best cheap instrumentals. I've actually recorded over a couple of leased beats I obtained from him as well. I recently read something he posted on Facebook where he was talking about a big opportunity he recently got while working with some people he does business with at Strange. I know he's produced different beats for projects like The Gates Mixed Plate and Damn Fool before so I wonder if they approached him for more on Strangeland or if it's something even bigger. I'll try to check on it and see what's up.

I'm pretty positive Brotha Lynch Hung and Stevie Stone might be featured. I remember hearing some work with Hopsin and C-Lim too but I'm not sure if they'll be on the album or not.

Yeah, Hopsin is on the album. And I think he did say Stevie Stone and him did at least one track. Brotha Lynch Hung might be on it too. I think most of the other features are probably local Bay area artists or friends of Cognito. I didn't really listen to his old stuff, and the few tracks I heard him play sounded similar to "I'm So High" and "Pill Poppin' Song" which were probably my least 2 favorites on Automatic, which I think is a really amazing album. The teasers have me looking forward to it though.
