First off I wanna start by sayin I got a lotta history with Cognito, this dude puts in mad work and it shows.
I'll tell yall, this album is gonna be FIRE! I've had a chance to hear some of it w Cog on the bus when he was on the KOD Tour and this shit is crazy. I don't think any fan of Strange will be disappointed in this album.

On that note Im not saying it will copy or SOUND all the way like something you have heard on the label BUT I have no worries about it fitting in. Im from the WEST COAST, so my style might be a lil different than a mid-west artist. Its NOT on a burning cross..lol. I dont understand that one. Like Gofer said there really isn't any boundaries. Liquid 9 is the best in the bizz, the album cover is FAR from generic. I APPRECIATE the feedback from EVERYONE......good and bad. Hope that answers a FEW of the questions.

Yea honestly I have been knockin "Stranger" more and more as of late....Lynch WAS gonne be on that track at first but then the song went in a different direction. It ended up being myself, Tech N9ne, Big Scoob, Kutt Calhoun, Stevie Stone and Loki. SUPER BANGER...produced by Michael "Seven" Summers. REAL HOT TRACK....

Just to clarify what the original meaning is for the "Phoenix" is:

" Unique bird that lived for 5 or 6 centuries in the Arabian desert after this time burning itself on a funeral pyre and rising from the ashes with RENEWED YOUTH to live through another cycle."
* a person or thing regarded as uniquely remarkable in some respect.
* Emerge RENEWED after apparent disaster or destruction.

NOW THIS IS JUST THE DEFINITION FOR EVERYONE....Im not relating all of that for the album meaning...just posting so everyone knows the official definition.
