from the rough look of the art to the somewhat rugged lettering...i dunno i think this totally looks like a Strange cover. i mean, remember all of these Tech (and Strange) shirts that are out now with this kind of art, all that Affliction looking shit. no qualms with the cover here.
Fasho AnDy...and like I said before, trying to present this album according to myself ALONG with a Strange feel is the goal. When you hear the album and get a grasp of who I am as an artist you will understand the cover a little more. You will understand WHAT KIND of artist I am. I will NEVER ATTEMPT to be anyone but me REGARDLESS of what Im doing. Im NOT a gangsta rapper so having that kind of cover wouldn't work. For those saying I dont seem to fit in with the Strange family REALLY haven't been able to know me as a person or an artist. That will change once EVERYTHING comes out....thanks again for the replies.

Much can be said of ANYONE who formulates an opinion with only 1/2 the information. Aside from that obvious flaw, don't forget why you are here. Everything being said now about my man, Cognito, is a mirror image of what was said about Tech at the beginning of his career, the pieces are interchangeable. Expand your horizons, that's exactly what Strange is doing ... or continue to mask your own cowardess, by repeating your pointless ad hominem attacks. You only resonate your own ignorance ... Scrubs.
Thanks Kodiak....

Like I said I TRULY APPRECIATE EVERYONES OPINIONS, any artist in the game that CAN'T DEAL WITH NEGATIVE PRESS shouldn't be in this game to begin with. Thats part of it plain and simple....
When I first started my career I was FLOODED with negative situations. I grew up in a area that had NO WHITE RAPPERS TO BEGIN WITH, that had its own style and also an area that DIDN'T really support NEW AND DIFFERENT SHIT. I have had to GRIND EVERY DAY OF MY CAREER THE LAST 10 YEARS TO BE ABLE TO GET WHERE I AM AT. Quick run down:
* 1998 dropped 1st album(group album) with Mac Dre's 1st label in Vallejo CA.
* 2001 signed with one of the biggest indie labels at the time "Steady Mobbin Productions/ Mike Mosley", Steady Mobbin went platinum with the R&B singer "TQ" and even though I never dropped with them my career really started at that time. Huge connections, dropped a lot of verses and did A SHIT LOAD OF SHOWS.
* 2005- 2008 was on tour with "Andre Nickatina" and started doing about 80-100 shows a year...THAT REALLY GOT MY SHOW REPUTATION UP big time.
* 2006 dropped 2 albums AND signed a 1 album deal with the Legendary MASTER P and No Limit/ Guttar Music. Dropped the solo album "RECOGNITION" with 2 big songs that started getting my name out there on an UNDERGROUND LEVEL. "Something Wrong" feat. Cee Lo from Goodie Mob & B Legit went over big in Nor Cal. Then dropped the group album under Mac Dre/ Thizz Entertainment called "Cognito & The Knuckleheadz...Knucklehead Theatre"....
* 2006 really started working with Violet Brown and she REALLY IS THE MAIN SUPPORTER I HAVE HAD OVER THE YEARS. After my deal with Master P was over in 2008 Violet Brown took full control of my career and started shopping me to labels. Up until this time I was really only cruising on the UNDERGROUND level. Y'all gotta remember when it comes to independent records ITS a hard thing to blow shit up BUT you make more money with sales and have full control of touring ect....
* 2009 Violet Brown had about 3 or 4 labels(major's & indie) that were interested in my new work BUT once I got that call from Travis early 2009 it wasn't even a question...it was "AUTOMATIC"...LOL. Strange flew me & Vilet out to K.C. and we spent 2 days out there meeting with Trav/ tech. The rest is history...
Strange didnt just sign me off top....they evaluate BOTH sides of the situation. This is bizz and weighing out all options is important. I didnt have respect for ANY OTHER LABEL MAJOR OR INDIE LIKE I DID & STILL DO FOR STRANGE. We have a lot in store for the up-coming year and I am excited to make it happen, get out there and meet as many of y'all as possible and really make an impact in the game.
Shots out to EVERYONE I might of met on the KOD Tour while I was part of the meet & greets and I look forward to meeting everyone else this year!!!
Thanks again and if anyone has reasonable questions feel free to hit ya boy up...on a side note, YES I HAVE HEARD DINNER AND A MOVIE AND THAT MUTHA FUCKA IS SO BANGING I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET MY COPY NEXT MONTH!!!! ITS AMAZING!!! Lynch and I did a track called "Pill Poppin Music" for my album so y'all be ready for that one. SHITS KNOCKING....
I have an interview for a radio station in Maine tonight and I will post info soon, go online and check it out tonight if ya can...call in for questions as well.

I see a sword, not a cross. I must be retarded...or high.
