Tough to decide. My biggest beef with chs was that it was so similar to daam. I know its part 2 in a trilogy, but it followed the same forumla and didn't have much in terms of story.
I love both. Not sure if I can decide at the moment. The beats on both are sick. The features are great, g-macc and cos fit well with lynch. Even the cats I've never heard of come really correct.
I guess I'd have to say chs because I really feel the slower songs like sooner or later and I don't think my momma ever loved me. I felt meat was the weakest track on daam.
CHS production was better (Seven Killed it) and just more personal and BLH flows were crazy!
chs
still waiting on my pre-order! lol I ordered on April 4th.
Holy shit seriously?! Mine arrived on April 8th

Both albums are battling for the top spot in my whip's CD deck at the moment. Neck and neck, back and forth, and toe to toe! At the end of the day I'll have to say I probably enjoyed CHS more overall but DAAM is a certified classic in my book. Hopefully CHS also reaches this level with me after listening through for the remainder of the year. The only difference might be the release of All 6's And 7's which hopefully will top anything Strange has ever put out before up to this point. My favorite songs of both albums, however, are Nutbagg, Sooner Or Later, D.O.A., The Coathanga, Don't Worry Momma It's Just Bleeding, Blinded By Desire, Meat, and Takin' Online Orders all in that order haha... I'm honestly already feigning for Mannibalector and hopes it surpasses both these epic albums for a tremendous finish to the Hip-Hop trilogy that has everybody out of their right minds!
Hey since Dinner And A Movie is DAAM, and Coathanga Strangla is CHS.

I officially declare Mannibalector to be MBL
Coat..
CHS is the only Lynch album I've liked.
they dead even. the skits are entertaining on both. they both have the best dark beats. the lyrical ability is there on both. there so similar, i was playin them back to back and the song 'i tried to commit suicide' came on, my boy asked me what album was it on and i said ' its that new shit, that coathanga strangla nigga' lmao.
Spit it Out and Sooner or Later are the only ones I can tolerate. I left that cd at my friends house the day I got it. haven't wasted my gas to drive over and get it, just not worth it.

Hey no hatred from me at all bro!

To me its still Loaded the best Lynch album

Just imagine if Phonk Beta or D.E. produced CHS....

24 Deep>DAAM>CHS<pretty much anything. I'd put a few of ICP's albums ahead. I wanted a hanger to strangle myself during CHS. Maybe it woulda sounded better with my screams on top of the vocals. Sorry just saying. Ready to feel the hatred flow from ya'll.
I'm still not hating on you... I bet it will grow on u sooner or later lol
