This is what I got from the lryics. Feel free to correct me.

so tall i can’t even hear any of the sound you deliver (Reference to him mentally and psychally, and psychally he's so far away by being so high up he can't hear other rappers.)

cuz’ we smile at the bitty braggin’ wack rapper’s (Smiling at the small time rappers that can't rap but brag that they can.)

 

who happen to be the best at the gat master (They talk gangsta or say there the best at rapping fast - Thats what I got from it.)

There is already a site that does this, cant remember what it was tho.

Te Robert klien thing is a joke from his stand up, his "leg" is humongous and is better than anyone else's and he can't stop himself from doing it. Leg is just a metaphor for his mind.
