sorry to make another tech and wayne thread, but this one is pretty important and in depth from http://www.xxlmag.com/online/?p=90988

most important part:

"In an exclusive sit down at the XXL offices, [watch below] Tech revealed some of the surprising details of his three-hour
conversation with the Young Money CEO. “We talked about creationism and
Darwinism, man,” Tech said. “We talked a lot about people, we talked
about Kanye, we talked about Waka Flocka, we talked about Nicki Minaj,
we talked about T.I…. But three hours just kickin’ it, man… It was a
wonderful visit. They say at Rikers Island you can only get like an hour
or two but we were there for like three and a half hours just going
until the warden came in. The warden came in and it was time to stop,
but I ain’t wanna go, man.”

Before ending his visit, Tech and Wayne got to speak about everything from family and religion to the all-important possibility of collaborating in the near future. “[Wayne] also said that he wanted me
on
Tha Carter IV (oh snap) and I’m like, ‘Yeah, nigga, let’s go,’” Tech
explained. “I said, ‘I got one for you, too.’ I got [a song] called
‘This is Hip-Hop,’ if I could get Marsha Ambrosius to sing on there and
possibly get Eminem on it, too… He was like that sounds dope.”
"

so sounds like Tech might be on Tha Carter IV. That would be as big of a collab as it could get. And it also sounds like Tech wants Wayne on one of his albums. Interesting

do the die hard wayne fans c that eminem kills wayne though?

Shouldnt that be the goal then? haha if Em embarrasses Wayne on every collab they do, imagine what Tech AND Em can do to Wayne. I think the song will be sick

We've heard what happens when you put Eminem and Lil Wayne on the same song. It doesn't look good for Wayne.
good question. probably not, but everyone of my friends who love wayne realized that eminem went off on both those songs. so maybe

Tech N9ne Lil Wayne, and Eminem all on the same song??? I can already see where this is goin... Its gonna sound more like a wayne song then a tech or Em song.... Wut a waste of a dream come true...
it seems like everyone is a psychic on here, and already knows exactly how it will all play out. Good for you. You wont even have to listen to the song cuz you already know what it sounds like. But dont ruin it for me please. Im not gifted with being a psychic so i want to hear the song before i make judgements.
yea that happens alot doesnt it. same as when they talk about all 6's and 7's. they always say its gunna be dope. i prefer to wait till i hear it to pass judgement

Lil Wayne on a song called "This is Hip Hop" *facepalm*.

And to waste a possible Eminem verse on a song w/ Wayne is epically stupid IMO. God that would suck Tech!!! Whatever happened to the Em-Tech-BLH idea? Or how about what everyone wants, just a Tech & Em track.
I think it'll be just the opposite actually. Looking at what Cole said, it makes complete sense. Eminem murdered Wayne on the tracks they were on together...so I can only imagine what its gonna be like if Tech AND Eminem get on a track with Wayne. But, there is that possibly, like someone has said...that since Wayne has been in prison, he may realize that the rap game still moves on with out him and he'll be more humble. Thus going back to the days where he actually tried to make a good song.

smh..... i dont understand how he does a song with wayne on it called "this is hip hop". atleast doit with slaughterhouse or krs-one, fuckin anyone who knows what real hip hop is
lol i'll admit icp aren't super amazing and are in no way shape or form great lyricists but icp >>>>> wayne any day. Waynes got dope lines ICP will never have, but his delivery doesn't do it for me...his flow, energy, is hit and miss for me. He bores me and can't keep my attention. hate me if you want.

It never fails, even if its the internet nut riders or the enlightened voices of reason, for some reason "Tech N9ne" and "Eminem" cant ever be discussed without someone saying "ICP" ...soooo.ummmmm whats icp have to do with this again?..... is icp collabing with lil wayne and tech n9ne on next collabo album on a track produced by eminem? lol

Now that it's official, I am having trouble with this one. I like what Tech said about fans wanting to represent and get him out there at the beginning and now that he has a major opportunity to do that, fans on turning on him and thats not cool - I get that, it makes sense. But I think the problem his fans have is that Lil Wayne is an example of what we hate about mainstream bullshit - Lil Wayne just isn't that good - he is a gimmick. He is featured on everything because he is crazy and has a weird voice and people with money see that uninformed poeple will buy it because it's mass poplar culture - that's it - he is not a good representative of what Tech fans think hip hop should be, or could be. I don't really understand the whole thing...all I know is (and underground fans will appreciate this) it's going to suck when some fuckhead MTV fan is saying how dope Tech N9ne is because they heard him with Lil Wayne - the same people who think TI and Kanye are the best rappers in the world because marketers and promoters are good at their jobs - call me selfish, call me a hater - but I think someone said "fuck the industry" right?
ahaha same thoughts here. the whole thing about Tech collabing would get him recognition. then he got a beat for Em. i was like 'ohh yeaah Tech's gonna blow'. then BAM it was like a got bitch slapped lol

Brent Bertrand said:
IDC if Tech gets Wayne on All 6's & 7's, but PLEASE do not WASTE an Eminem verse by having Wayne on the track too. Get Wayne on a separate track. Please Tech. Keep the original idea of you, Em, & BLH, or just you and Em. Aaaahhh damnit, this Lil Wayne shit is now pissing me off lol. I was all good with it when Wayne said he wanted to collab w/ Tech bc I know it will get Tech hella exposure......but fuck.
