I think he's talking about the drink called "Rum & Coke". It's an easy drink to make:
1 1/2 ounce of 151 Rum & 5 ounces of Cola
He says it's like viagra because it makes you horny.

I guess part of my feels bad, and the other part is laughing my ass off. How could you live somwhere where good Alcohol is not sold. . I guess I'm just lucky to live where I do. . .

It's not that his town doesn't sell it, it's the bars. Maaaaaaaaaaaad bars in maaaaaaaaaad areas won't sell 151 'cause it's too strong. Who knows? Maybe selling liquor above a certain alcohol percentage requires a different sort of liquor license. Also, 151 isn't necessarily good alcohol. Nothing about it tastes good, at all. It's just really strong. Something that strong FUCKS people up, especially if it's in a mixed drink and you can't taste. It creeps on you. Bars wanna make money, that shit will get you too drunk and you won't be buying anymore. And considering how strong it is, it isn't that expensive. You aren't baller for drinking 151. A liter is about $25, compared to a liter of Malibu which is around $18-19, with a lot less than half of the alcohol. Also, fuck going to a bar for drinks. I get with two other people and altogether spend about $50, we have enough Caribou Lou for about two nights. $50 at a bar, that's about 5-8 mixed drinks, depending on where and when you go.
