The tight thing is that when it came to KC, he INSTANTLY mentions tech n9ne and when she asked about a possible collab, he INSTANTLY said yes.

Keep in mind that Jeezy is performing with Wayne and Tech today in KC and that's the main reason the interview was done in KC by Brooklyn Martino. I honestly think, if it wasn't for those factors, he wouldn't have even mentioned Tech.
