wooow....!!!!! this album is the shit... str8 fire.... cop it.. shit goes hard as fuck...

this album is fire man ....

I was pleasantly surprised by this album. It was hard for me to get into Aqualeo, especiallu because of the one dude's voice and flow (the deeper one). But after listening to this album, I've discovered a new-found respect for these two. Their message tends to be a little strange, but I've always liked out of the norm emcees. They both are pretty good lyrically, and the production was pretty dope too. Only bad thing I have to say is that the vocals always sound a bit strange. Must be the mixing. I honestly could see them with Strange, but I don't think they have much potential for "commercial" success. Not that that's what their aiming for. But it would be nice to hear them on some Seven production with polished recording. Regardless, a pretty good album but it should have been longer.

I didn't know it came out yet, gonna go buy on iTunes today hopefully.

EDIT: So it's labeled as "Sotd" on iTunes even though the album cover clearly spells the full title out... How weird.

Wasn't too impressed on first listen but once I absorbed the whole album I really like it. As somebody else already mentioned, "Glorious" was a standout track for me that made me like Acie a little more...anybody know why it's "Acie High" and not "Aces High"? Just wondering... I like Priceless but he is a little preachy at times and I was hoping that his whole "MJ was your Jesus" thing was just a metaphor or artistic statement but if he truly believes that then I'm not sure how much I can trust anything else he says... I've read the bible, I've read all sorts of ancient Sumerian and Egyptian history so I already know that organized religion is a scam and the bible is full of retellings of ancient tales and was basically edited by the Romans into what we've been fed so I'm not a religious person but I'm still not an all-out athiest...anyway, I don't see ANY way that MJ could have been our Jesus...you would think that a new Jesus would know his path, his worth, would use his chance on earth to teach, not to try and change himself into a white girl and fill tabloids with off behavior. I'm not sure he was a pedophile but I'm pretty sure he wasn't Jesus, he didn't teach us anything, he didn't show humanity it's failings, he didn't die for our sins, you'd think a Jesus re-incarnate would be more like Ghandi instead of an eccentric pop-star so to claim he was Jesus makes you insane...not controversial, lol, it makes you nuts...but that's just my opinion I guess...I still like his music but no way am I shelling out $50 for a book that supposedly has the whole world figured out...by a guy who thinks MJ was our Jesus...so anybody who has listened to the mix-tape more than I, can you tell me why he thinks this? Does he cite any "evidence" to support his theory?

Either way, great album, an interesting listen, worth giving a try if you're still on the fence.
