Get an alienware. If not go with microsoft cuz macs are too basic and can't do half the things windows can do.

my last computer was an alienware and it kept breaking and over heating, I never wanted a mac but I had no choice but to get one and I am very happy I did. It's awesome.

adobe audition isnt available on the mac, it is adobe, but adobe didnt invent it, and the makers wont be recoding it any time soon if ever. and i found out fruity loops is windows only also. utorrent is on mac i would say, if not there are thousands of other torrent downloaders lol.

but major companys like adobe will create for both brands. older programs dont work on mac and the makers arent too fussed on making them work, i dont think fruity loops is on mac, i could be wrong though.
i know there are certain alternatives to windows software for mac.
and you could also download a bootcamp program which will let you run windows on mac and the other way around.
in the end i would still go with a windows pc, if you plan on going down a certain field you will be gauranteed the bulk of software will be for pc.
but its up to you, if its just for home use, then go with which ever, you can always find alternative programs and use a bootcamp if you want.

how can you shake your head at the facts? macs can run 100% of Windows, and if Macs can only do half the things Windows can according to delinquet, then that equals 150%.

lol, because its not true?
i wouldnt state something as fact with out it being so, and i wouldnt argue unless i had fact lol.
saying mac can do anything pc can because youre running a vmware or bootcamp goes both ways because windows can use mac operating system also. combined with you saying "and if Macs can only do half the things Windows can according to delinquet" that leaves macs 50% BEHIND windows. because half of windows, is still, half of windows. do not fight me cole, i am your father.

in short, your case is as follows:
"mac and windows can use eachothers operating systems, making them equal, BUT macs can run half of what windows can, making it 150% ;)"
sound right to you? lol

the percent thing was mostly a joke, if you didnt see that. fact is, OSX can run windows as smooth and well as a PC. i own a PC and a Mac, and i have yet to see any shortcomings from my mac running windows. and all the attempts ive seen to run OSX on a PC have not been perfect, some features havent worked, it hasnt ran as smooth as on a Mac, and it doesnt run natively like i'm currently running windows from what ive seen. i mean hell, the way i have it now i have the start menu on my mac dock, and can run windows programs without even needing a Windows desktop to look at. only reason i showed the pic of the whole desktop was to make a point. the only reason i can see someone wanting to buy a PC over a mac is if they are building it custom themselves or they dont wanna pay more for a mac. because as far as i can tell, macs can do everything a PC can and more
