Anyone get an All 6s and 7s preorder confermation email??
After I finished preordering it told me I needed to fix my address for some reason so it took me back and the address was fine. I re-wrote it just in case and then I was taken back to the credit card page so I called my debit card to see if the 26.88 was paid and it was. Lol I don't know what to do now cuz I haven't got a confermation email and my account at the store doesn't have all 6s n 7s under recent purchases. Strange, no pun intended. Can someone shed some light on this situation if possible?

Lol dude, same thing happened to me. It told me to go back and I did, it took the cash off my card but it's showing that I havn't purchased the CD. I never got an e-mail, so I e-mailed them. I'm still waiting on them to e-mail me back. Best of luck man.

ya i got a confirmation email and it shows up under recent purchases. i say call or email strange. my sister had to email them with some problems she had and they actualy get back at you fairly speedy considering how much shit they have to sort through.

Around christmas the same shit happened to me. It says the money is taken from your account but its not. they put the order on hold because you didnt enter something right. After the sale was over the money in my account was put back. they said they were waitin for a comfimation from me but never told me. I got the bone. sounds like your gettin the bone this time

Same thing happened to me with my CHS pre-order. After putting in all the information it said my address I typed in the site didn't match my credit card information...even though it did. So I emailed Penny at Strange and got an answer the next day. Everything worked out, but it was just really weird.
