Soooo the cds growing on me, and as far as the "Lighters" song goes...I didn't like the chorus at first, but if it weren't for Bruno Mars, it never wouldv'e made it to the radio.  Heard it today on KUBE 93 and was so happy Royce finally got a song on regular rotation.  First time that shits ever happened now that I think of it...even Rock City never really got radio play, just the music video.  Gotta do what u gotta do to get that shit on the air, this i must respect...

i didnt like it... but i wasnt "XTReMeLy" dissapointed with it
This CD hasnt been in the works for 10 years though, it wasnt even planned. They just kept hittin the booth together and stackin tracks and pretty much decided to release it, and good thing they did because its pretty dope. Royce deserves some shine, cant wait for SLAUGHTERHOUSE!!
It was weak
yes i was. i love both artist, they were spittin but the beats were not the business. like eating pizza with bird crap on it
As far As i look at it, the top hip hop albums on iTunes are 1) Bad meets evil Deluxe 2) Bad meets evil regular and 3) All 6s and 7s witch means Tech is number 2 in my book, Am I right?

you sayin "solid full length EP" is an oxymoron..4 tracks or 25 minutes are the criteria for an EP this isnt an LP this has 11 tracks therefore exceeding the length of most EPs but too short to be considered an LP..this isnt really relevant to the discussion at hand but i wont even begin to address main points until someone actually know what theyre talking about...also to start off id say that you need to stop comparing this EP to the original bad meets evil its been 12 years get over it, both artists have grown and evolved so much, not to mention that they had beef for a minute, that its just unrealistic to expect them to come out with some shit like that things will never be the same. that said, its absolutely realistic to expect them to come out with the same chemistry which they absolutely did. and this is all also beside the fact that this EP was not planned, Living Proof is the song that got it all started originally intended for Royces solo project but the chemistry they had took em back n they recorded tracks now n then when they had time n they through them all together n put this out its not like its been in the making for years

damn, i really thought yalls would be on my side...i mean i wont die that thepy both come hard, but as far as a solid full length ep, i thought the songs lacked a lot of flavor and originality. some witty verses strapped with bullshit hooks and mediocre beats...dont get me wrong, echo and living proof are fucking ill, but thepyre bonus tracks that leaked 8 months ago.  i enjoyed the first track, but most of it just drained on, really had a hard time holding my attention.  ive been waiting for this CD to come out for 10 years, thinking when it finally did it would be the sickest shit i done heard since back when em & royce were takin over wit the original bad meets evil.  all i can say was except for those 2 bonus tracks i was very disappointed
