I went to the mayday show last night here in miami and they played 2 songs off of the new album coming out and they both were fucking sicc!!!

I got a little scared when I heard the latest freestyle with the black keys because thats not really my flavor but they killed that shit last night... I have very high hopes for their strange debut.

ok this is jus a random question... what is it like 2 live in Miami?.. my girl n i r thinkin bout visiting Spring Break but ive always wondered what its like 2 live there... mayb bcuz i watch Dexter & Bad Boys n Burn Notice lol

When mayday was signed I got lords of the fly. After bumping that for a week or so I got stuck on an island. Then the tracks on wts got me even more excited. Wreks verses are pretty solid.

the first time i heard anything of Mayday was Wrecknoize on Ras Kass' track called Dexter. i never even realized he was part of Mayday until a few months after they signed with Strange lol

first heard mayday, and i didnt really like it

then i got into wrek, an i loved his shit

so eventually i needed more wrek to listen to so i went back to mayday and i was wrong, mayday is great

im sure Take Me To Your Leader will be another great album

ive loved their music for a while now, i cant wait for the album.

their beat selection is amazing

What were the names of the new songs they premiered at the show?

One was called roaches or something like that and the other one sounded like it was called take me to your leader.  Not 100% on that but they were both fuckin amazing regardless. No secret that i'm a fan and been following them here in miami since they used to perform in the street on the beach with b-boys, shit I signed up to this forum when they got signed.  But I think their album is going to be something special. Plus they are humble as fuck, I dont think they would remember who I am, but i've spoken to them at shows a few times, and even though they look like scary assholes, they are really cool people.

Haha celebirties are always seen as arrogant or jerks, but im big into bass on songs, Take me to your leader sounds like it would?
