That said, this election was fairly irrelevant in my opinion. Obama isn't radically different from Romney when it comes to foreign policy, economic policy, and environmental policies, despite all his talk. The only real good thing from his victory is that he'll be choosing some new positions for the Supreme Court, who will be a lot less conservative than the people Romney would have chosen. Which is great, but with the US system currently crumbling, it would be changing in the next decade or two regardless

Honestly I'm more interested in the results of the Congressional elections. We got rid of dumb asses like Joe Walsh, and Elizabeth Warren, a Democrat who actually stands for something, won in Massachusetts.

well unfortunately Obama isn't a whole lot different than Romney other than in social issues

Truth is neither of them would have fixed or ran this country into the ground.  You state your opinion like its a fact and it makes you sound childish bro.  I for one couldn't care less about who we elected because the person sitting in the chair makes no difference. Its the people and businesses in American that need to be making the difference.  Not the debate majors...

You think I don't know that? I know Obama isn't going to fix jack (and I supported him in 2008), but to say Romney is a better alternative is absurd on countless levels.

it's common sense. Romney wants 20% tax decreases all across the board, and give 2 trillion dollars to our military. that ALONE makes no sense whatsoever. Not even Obama is making that kind of ridiculous decsision

Romney want to re-colonize South America, and doing so would turn out like the Middle East has. We've also tried this before back in the day when trying to put in our own people in positions in Brazil and I believe Argentina, and that failed miserably as well.

Romney is even more embedded in Wall Street than Obama is (All those major banks who supported Obama in 08 now went back and backed Romney, and those are the culprits of the global financial collapse due to regulatory failures), and Obama is the one who called Jamie Dimond the best banker in the world, during the scandal in which JP Morgan lost billions of dollars of customer money.

Just to name a few.

This week there were 9 states voting on Nulification acts. They were either to legalize the personal cultivation, posession and use of marijuana or to exempt citizens from Obamacare. Both steps in the right direction. Fuck Obamacare/Romneycare. Forcing every citizen to enter into a contract with a corporation under threat of penalty is unconstitutional. And the courts ruled as such, but if they call it a tax insteal of a penalty it is legal.

Dude, your getting so worked up.  I read you post here but i don't see any facts.  Not saying you don't know what your talking about, but rather the politics don't know what they're talking about.  Its seriously just a bunch of bickering between political parties and to think you know what either one of those individuals wants to do or was going to do is some stupid shit.  Like i said i couldn't have cared less about who sits in that spot. So my opinion isn't bias.
  All I'm trying to get at is you can't come on here and say half the United States population is retarded for voting Romney (although about half of America is retarded) . You just can't and you also can't sit here and claim you know what Romney was going to do either because you don't know. You know how many rumors get thrown around during the election period? That's what the entire election process is about here in America.. Its about who can make the most appealing promises and who throws more shit on each other.  Presidents lie during election time and that's nothing new been like that from the beginning.  Plans that they have..? Those are never ever set and stone they will say one thing and completely have a different action.  That's all i was saying.  I get so sick of reading peoples political opinions like they're facts or some shit...They are no fucking facts until its written in the history books.

Rumors? Look at Romney's contributors, and use a little bit of common sense. politics is more than what they say, their records can't run from them.

There were also 'rumors' of the United States attacking Iraq during Bush Sr.'s term in office. And I don't mean Gulf War type attack, I mean the 2003 type Iraq. And you know what? That's when the rise of neo-cons started, and they were surrounding Bush's whole administration. But I suppose that was only a 'rumor' as well, so people shouldn't bother being worried about it

and I don't have a bias either, because I don't have any respect for Obama after he became elected for president, so pointing that out doesn't really mean much

There are also tons and tons of legit rumors too...Like for example Obama taking away guns, we'll see if that ever happens.  There is so much speculation in politics.  Sorry about that bro, just after a month of reading Facebook posts "If you vote for Obama your retarded" "If you vote for Romney your retarded"  it's starting to get old.  I don't mean to offend and like i said i don't doubt you know your shit. You just can't claim your views are the correct ones and everybody else is retarded.  You also can't convince me that if Romney was elected he would have followed through with a 20% tax decrease across the board, or giving 2 trillion dollars to the military, or re-colonizing South America.  None of those are set in stone, until its written, its speculation.  He might have supported these ideas but does that mean that would have been the outcome of him being elected??
