Put the URL of the video yu want, for ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JgplgCPcBTE&feature=player_embedded
Click on "MP3" and click "Start"
Press "Download" and then the mp3 version goes straight to Itunes
I dont know if that's what yu wanted, but hopefully it helps

or just get a program called youtube downloader which is what i use you can download any video and convert it to put it on your ipod and if you want to make the video a mp3 file you can do that too, you just gotta get the video first. if you just want the audio and only the audio then do what Kevin Barquero said above.
hope this helps. i get a lot of shit this way, tons of instrumentals that usually you can find a video of on youtube but never as an mp3, problem solved. i kinda feel bad for holding out but i don't say shit on here cuz don't want people downloading too much of tech's shit if it's not off of guevera or whatever the site is, and everyone who is on here from time to time knows that as soon as people start talking about posting mp3 files the same shit always gets said and it gets old. (i'm sure the members who are on here regularly know exactly what i'm talking about)
