That makes no sense. This thread was made on our observation of Veterans Day simply thanking our troops for their service and some of you fucktards feel the need to come in and start bashing our military. No one was defending the war, we were just showing our gratitude towards our military.

You can't win a discussion, you can have one. We were celebrating an American holiday by showing thanks to our veterans and you all took it in a different direction. You are at fault, no one else.

What hypocrisy? No one brought up the war until your "fuck the war tho" statement (brilliant by the way). This thread was made this past Friday which was our Veterans Day. It was not supporting nor justifiying any war or military actions. It was a simple thank you to our military past and present. Then you decided to derail it by making it about the war. Thanks to all of our veterans!

Lemme ask you something you dumb fuck, and the other two on this thread bashing people who have more balls and heart than you ever would, every major country in the world has an armed forces to protect their citizens should something happen. are you bashing you're own military for that? fuck you. gtfo if you have nothing to say about a thread that's not about war, but rather thanking the people who are willing to give their lives for what they believe in. Not all our soldiers believe in the war, but they sign up for it because that's what they want to do, protect our country at all costs. get your shit straight before you start bashing

I'm the  narrow minded one when you're bashing the soldiers for doing something you wouldn't ever do? I can appreciate someone's opinion for being opposed to the war, but not when it comes to disrespecting people that you know nothing of. My best friend just made it through Marine bootcamp and there's a good chance he will be deployed. His dad is in the national guard, and he's been deployed to afghanistan 3 different times. All I'm saying is have respect for peopel who will serve a country when I highly doubt you'd ever willingly give your life for anyone other than yourself

true... so true.. no not.. they don't give their life, it's their own discission, and why would i kill my own people in the east for money, im not that corrupted.. even if they were people i hated... no one said any fucking thing about you killing your own people in the east. I'm talking about you'd never have the balls to sign up for any type of military duty at all. Hell, i'd doubt you'd even attempt to become a police officer or a firefighter with that type of dumbass attitude. They're not killing innocent people for money. Money has nothing to do with it. The people who sign up to join any military don't do it for money. Do innocent people get killed? Yes they do. But every country in the world has a military who inevitably kills innocent people. That's not right, but it happens. Innocent people were killed on 9-11 by a renegade "militia" that unfortunately has led to the majority of the U.S. believing "your people" to be terrorists and or people who flat out just hate America. Is that true? Of course it isn't. So yes, I do have respect for people who lay down their life to protect my country. And i can pretty much guarantee you that if we hadn't retaliated and bombed the shit out of  Afghanistan in an attempt to rid it of Taliban rule, we would have had another terrorist attack on the United States. The whole shit in Iraq has nothing to do with the terrorist attack so it's not the smartest of choices that we're still there, but get the fuck over it and protest, but don't bash our soldiers who would willing die to protect your retarded ass if you happened to live here. So before bashing me for not knowing where you're from or where you live, I'll spare you the story of you telling me because I don't give a flying fuck.

an army is still a job, and the soldiers are still human beings and can think for themselfs. just because their boss say's: go kill that guy, their supposed to do it? 

then I most probely should do the same as i too have a boss

I respect ever single soldier that is in the war, but do I respect the war? FUCK NO. People say why are we even in a war? It's pretty obvious. For the same reason we have had military force in over 50 countries since we've became a nation. We go in, set up a puppet Democracy (which we aren't even a Democracy, we're a Federal Republic) and exploit all their natural resources. It's something we will do until this country falls, which will be VERY soon, trust me.
