Pretty self explanatory.  What's your favorite album so far this year?

I don't think any new albums have stood out to me this year. B.O.B.'s Strange Clouds I was looking at still. Usually, if i'm not too anxious to buy an album, i'll listen to a few of the tracks online or most snippets on iTunes after it releases. I know most people won't agree, but Mayday's TMTYL didn't stand out to me. I like them, I do, but I guess not nearly as much as everybody else does. Their sounds sounded too similar on most songs (especially after Klusterfuk)  and I'm looking for something different I guess. Badlands was alright though to me. I really, really wanted to like Prozak's, but from what I heard, the tracks sounded, again, too similar with like heavy rock beats. Idk, maybe I expected something different.

I have hope for Kickin' & Screamin' bc I always really like Krizz. I was a bit nervous before bc most songs sounded too pop-sounding or blended together and didn't sound as original as his other songs. But, "Stay Alive" and "Hello Walls" made me a little easier about it.

I'd say my favorite is probably Mac Lethal's Irish Goodbye. It was released on New Years and it was a soundtrack to me for the earlier part of this year.

¡MAYDAY! But this new Kaliko is good too

My choice is Take me to your leader an EP Victor by Zeds dead & Omar Linx havent took these two CD's out of rotation yet

ayee do you know where i could get a hard copy of this ?

"Who the fuck is irv da phenom" I just downloaded it from itunes last night. This is the hardest shit out right now. He is actually talking about something in his music. 2 thinks about this album are fucking me up. (in a good way)

1. I kind of expected it to be Irv just trying to rap really fast like he does on all the strange stuff, (i like it but i think he should leave doing it all the time to tech.) instead irv switched up his flow. he has so many styles. DOPE.

2. Irv really showcased his singing voice on this album. i'd heard him on a few strange hooks, but imo his singing on the album blows those away. he has grown alot since K.O.D.

Take me to your leader was off the chain. Not that ive listened to kickin and screamin,...... because i havnt recieved my copy yet, haha  but i can say already in all confidence that its a tie between mayday and kali for me. I dont expect too much from Stevie stone, even though its gonna be dope, the only thing i can see beating them all is techs next studio.

Damn, hard to pick. Between Kickin and Screamin and Take Me To Your Leader
Paranormal...dieing for rollin stone and kickin and screamin

It's Kickin' & Screamin' for me, that album is Kali's best work by A LONG SHOT

Take me to tour leader easily... Just a side note, mayday are some of the coolest people ive ever met, wrek knew who i was from twitter after hearing me introduce myself to nonms and i got to kick it after the meet n greet wit nonms plex n bernz
