I think it's one of Tech's best albums. Definitely in the top 3. I don't care what order you want to put it in All 6's & 7's, Everready, and Anghellic are his best albums. Still I don't think this is album of the year, at least not for me.
this shit also bangs in my headphones...I got beats by dre solo hds and they can bang
Yeah deff has alot of bass I've listened to mental giant over 500 times already since I put it on my iPod the other day

the BEST is when the bass hits on he's a mental giant

alssooo what kind of headphones or whatever do you guys use to listen to a tech album when you first get your hands on it?....i use Audio Technica ATH-M50's

anghellic was my fav. then absolute power...then the calm before the storm.

I there was some filler on the album ( you owe like pookie, Overtime) and if you would have replaced it with some of the bonus tracks the cd would have been flawless

i was disapointed with the FYE dvd, i thought it was gunna be like the AP dvd.

i enjoyed watching the itunes video tho.

but i do think the bonus tracks add to the quality.

face paint, this is hip-hop, ya killin me, and rock n roll nigga are dope as fuck.

i LOVE techs verse on give it up, but i felt like the features couldnt keep up with that 90's tech crazy backwards flow shit.

eenie meenie minie ho was dope too.

Replace Pookie and the album would have been perfect, my top 3 (in no order): KOD, Anghellic, 6s & 7s...

My top 5 songs (not counting bonus tracks) would be: WWC, Am I a Psycho (Hop murdered), He's a Mental Giant, Delusional, and Promiseland.

Fucking amazing album, put Give it Up instead of Pookie and my brains would have melted; but any of the bonus tracks were better.
