wat is every ones opinion about this yall think its bs or should we be worried i worry sometimes because by then ill only be 18 and there is still alot to do in this world but i worry the most about my cousin she only 8 months shell be 2 in 2012 and i think if god loves us y is he taking us when we cant even experiance things on earth and might he be going to take my cousin who will be 2 and other children who wont be able experiance anything in life if this happens this is one reason y i have been questioning god alot lately idk though sometimes i jus think to hell with it all i dont care what do yall think about it

The books of the bible were decided on by the emperor Constantine of the roman empire. If you believe that the romans were not corrupt your stupid. The mayans did sacrifice to their "gods" but not to the extent that the Aztecs did which is what most of you are talking about (Mayans sacrificed a couple people a year whereas the Aztecs sacrifices thousands) But the fact remains the mayans knew more about astronomy in 1000 A.D. than any other civilization did until 1900 A.D. which is way more than they should have. My point is history is written by the victor and to this point christianity has been the victor. i do not believe that the bible is historically accurate, but if we all lived the way jesus told us to live we would have heaven now and would have no use for an afterlife. The problem is man has taken that message and used it to manipulate and control others as man always has done with any message people are willing to follow. Organized religion has damaged the human race, but morality based on Christian teachings could save us.

I'm sorry dude but If they murdered people for they're "gods" regardless of if it was only a couple a year (like that Cmohr dude was saying) then they are some wacky ass retarded motherfuckers. They may have been smart in studying the stars or smart about building and other ways to survive and live but they are stupid as hell in believing they new when the world is going to end and why it was necessary to kill humans for their "gods" and if people are dumb enough to believe that what they say is true then well, there just isn't much point in me writing this because there is no hope.
